Nov 29, 2013. #2. The hydraulic fluid for the Selespeed system on the Dualgoic gearbox is 'CS Speed'. Obtainable from a local Fiat or Alfa dealer. The system will need connecting to the correct diagnostics equipment after the CS Speed fluid is changed to bleed the system. Ideally left to a dealer or independent specialist.

Hi, I have fiat Bravo T-jet with M20 dualogic gearbox.(CFC300) the gears shifting is very jerky and sometimes may stuck in gear or jump to neutral. hydrulic fluid level has been checked and adjustments for the clutch using the examiner. the mechanic suggest to replace the clutch (76000 km). here is the parameters I output from multiecuscan: gear/engage position: 18.821mm selection position

I would also change the oil in the transmission (the gearbox part, with the gears, has separate and typical GL4 gear oil) as the special hydraulic fluid may have leaked into the gearbox. There was a Dualogic software update - at least for the Grande Punto model - to solve a fluid leak problem.

Birmingham. Jul 18, 2011. #1. The problems I've been having with my Punto's Dualogic gearbox have reached the most expensive option. In a nutshell, the car refuses certain gear changes. This is temporarily solved (~100 miles) by running an end-of-line service through the examiner. The pump works and whines as expected.
